This could happen due to 1 of 2 reasons:
1. The client may have submitted the project to you, but selected a higher rated writer level than your account has access to. For example, if you are a standard level writer and the client selected the Premium, Elite, or Elite plus writer level prior to entering your username and submitting the project to you, when the project is submitted, you will never see the request in your account. If this happens, it's best that you contact the client directly from within iWriter and explain that they must select your current writer level (or lower) when submitting a private request to you.
2. The client may have submitted the special request to multiple individuals at the same time. And one of the other writers selected to write the project before you got a chance to. If that happens, the project will no longer appear in your account.
